On 18 November, the IKOB invites you to visit the museum at a late hour. In addition to the opportunity to discover our current exhibition by artist Marcin Dudek, during the extended opening hours (13:00 to 22:00), the IKOB offers a varied, interactive programme on the occasion of the second Museum Night.

20:00 "Loving Vincent" film screening at Cinema Eupen

At 17:00, visitors can get creative at the second edition of the workshop on remixing led by Roman Lang. Lang's artistic practice operates between collage, painting and sculpture. It revolves around mixing the most diverse techniques and references. In the workshop entitled "Everything is a Remix", you will gain insight into Lang's art practice and create your own artwork. The workshop will be accompanied by a presentation of the artist's latest works on paper. Duration of the workshop: +- 3 hours. Minimum age: 10 years. At 18:00 curator Brenda Guesnet will give a guided tour of the current exhibition AKUMULATORY. In his installations, Marcin Dudek interweaves memories of his youth as part of the Polish generation that grew up after the dissolution of the Eastern Bloc with a critical view of society's dependence on spectacle, power and aggression. The tour is free of charge. Language: German.

Afterwards, at 20:00, we invite you to round off the evening at the Cinema Eupen. In cooperation with the Kulturelles Komitee Eupen, the film "Loving Vincent" will be shown. It is an animated filmography by Dorita Kobiela and Hugh Welchmann, structured as a crime film, which deals with the circumstances of Vincent Van Gogh's death. Admission: 5 euros. Running time: 94 minutes.
